our campus: an oasis of hope
It’s difficult to believe that so many students are studying at this small school! Classrooms are simple, rustic and often overcrowded, but the school tries to make the best of less-than-ideal facilities in a less-than-ideal location. The school is situated along a busy road between the communities of Uthiru and Kawangare, off of Naivasha Road down the hill from the International Livestock Research Institute, on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya.
The rented compound consists of 2 rows of classrooms with a central area between, a room where the food is cooked, latrines and a playing field out back.
